This pergola is the perfect opportunity to extend your outdoor season. Thanks to the motorised double-layer tilting louvres, you can switch between a closed, sheltered space and a tilted open top, which allows sunlight to come flooding in, at the switch of a button. This means that you can use your outdoor area even when the weather is less than perfect. This pergola ultimately allows you to choose between sitting in sunshine or shade and provides a fully waterproof roof should it start to rain at a moments notice - typical of British weather!
The louvres can be opened and closed via a remote control or a wireless wall switch. The remote control is brilliant if you choose to have your pergola over a hot tub, as you won't need to leave the hot tub to operate the louvres.
Not only is there a remote control to operate the louvres, but there is also a remote to easily control the colour changing LEDs that are fixed to this pergola. The RGBW LEDs can be adjusted to a full range of colours including red, blue, green, bright white, yellow, turquoise, pink, purple and lots inbetween. These great LEDs add a different aspect to this furniture, creating a magical ambiance in the garden and not only meaning the pergola is suitable for use in wetter weather, but also at night - creating the ultimate outdoor shelter.
There is a brilliant built-in drainage system which prevents you from having to open the louvred roof to let water drain. Any rainwwater that lands on the louvres flows into U shaped channels. From here, the water flows from the roof and into channels in the pergola framework. Once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater will then flow into the inside of the hollow pergola legs and vertically down to the ground. This genius system means that you'll never see the water draining off of the pergola. If you were to open the louvres when wet, the U-shaped channels prevent rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area.
This pergola will require assembly and we recommend 2-3 people are required to safely lift and assemble the pergola. The build time is approx 2 hours. In order to secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are supplied as standard. We recommend mounting the pergola on a flat solid and hard surface, like concrete bases. It is strongly recommended that all pergola legs are securely bolted to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate.
Our pergolas do not require planning permission. However, if you are unsure we always recommend contacting your Local Planning Office.
Please note, this pergola will need to be plugged into mains electric in order to operate the louvres and the LED lights. 2 x 5m lead cables are included, giving you plenty of room to reach your nearest plug socket. These should be plugged in to an indoor socket or suitably covered outdoor socket.
Please note that if you plan to purchase one of our privacy screens sold separately you will need to drill into the pergola top and legs in order to attach this securely. Additionally, you can only pair this pergola with 4 of the Halo privacy screens, not the Titan screens.

How to clean your rattan
The rattan furniture frames will get dirty and dusty after the winter months underneath the cover or being kept in storage. You can easily clean your rattan furniture when you take it out of storage by simply using a hose pipe and sponge to wash the dirt and dust away.
We supply cleaning kits which we have made to suit cleaning your rattan set
Can furniture be left outside all year round?
We can confirm that all of our furniture can be left outside all year round. However we do recommend purchasing one of our winter protective covers for your furniture even the sun can cause issues. Our covers provide superior protection from the elements. We strongly advise that all cushions should not be stored underneath your protective cover, otherwise the cushions will become water stained. In addition all cushions should be stored in a dry location when not in use.
How do I wash my outdoor cushions?
To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.
Do our products fade in sunlight?
All of our PE Rattan products provide UV protection to ensure they do not fade in sunlight, resulting in years of enjoyment. Please see our cushion care guide for more details. We recommend not to place in direct sun & cover when not in use, Also parasol or other means of shade is useful in the hottest months.
How do I care for my furniture?
We recommend cleaning your furniture without the cushions at least once a year.
Brush the furniture down to remove leaves and debris. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to wipe dirt away. After the dirt has been removed we recommend rinsing your furniture.
Is our furniture fully assembled?
Many of our furniture ranges come fully assembled, as they are fully aluminium welded. The only components which usually require assembly are our tables, parasols and storage boxes. Please note that some furniture ranges come in sections and will require assembly.
Do you use Tempered Glass?
Yes we can confirm all of our glass has been tempered for your safety.
Does our Rattan Contract and Expand?
Yes all of our rattan will contract and expand based on the current weather conditions. In warm weather, our rattan will expand and then contract back to its original state once temperatures become cooler. This is a completely normal trait for rattan garden furniture and in result will stop the weave from snapping and becoming brittle in the winter months.
Please avoid leaving reflective objects on your table in direct sunlight. Glass table tops must not be located in direct sunlight (Glasses, Bottles, Ornaments) as this may lead to your rattan damaging in the sun.
Rattan Colour & Pattern Variation
Please note many of our rattan weaves are made up of varying colour strands and the strands can vary in thickness due to the items being handmade. These variations can look slightly different once in your garden depending on the level of sunlight and the design of each set may mean your weave is woven in different configurations. The colour can also vary, in the morning some ranges may look a little greyer and in the afternoon the sun may pick out more beige tones. All our photos have been taken in different settings and lighting. All our items are handwoven; no weaving is identical throughout our sets. All finishing strands are pinned in place to assure they do not unravel.
Rising Table Function
Rising tables are designed to be easily raised or lowered. We have designed these tables with no moving parts to ensure the most durable design. Our rising tables come with either an easy lock in, lock out mechanism or a gas lift lever.
How to care for Aluminium furniture
How to clean your aluminium frames
During the winter months you will find your aluminium frames will collect dust and dirt if exposed outside or kept in storage. Our frames can easily be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge, the frames will dry within an hour.
How can I clean my tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow it to dry. We supply cleaning kits which we have made to suit cleaning your outdoor glass tables,
